1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the juriscreators.com platform (the "Platform") operated by JCG, PC ("JCG," Business Registration No. 514-85-30408) and HSOLLC Co., Ltd. ("HSOLLC," Business Registration No. 583-87-00035). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

JCG provides licensed legal services. HSOLLC provides the online platform technology. Together, they are referred to as "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Member" means a User who has created an account on the Platform.
• "Attorney" means a licensed legal professional registered on the Platform to provide consultation services.
• "Session" means any of the Platform's service modules, including but not limited to Consultation, QNA Debate, DIY, Digital Staff, Chatroom, Evaluation, World News, Article, AI, and Voice Control.
• "Content" means all text, data, images, audio, video, and other materials uploaded, generated, or transmitted through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using email or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Naver, Kakao). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Services Provided

4.1 Legal Consultation

JCG provides legal consultation services through licensed attorneys. Consultations may be conducted via video, phone, or in-person meetings. Consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change.

4.2 AI-Powered Services

The Platform offers AI-powered tools including but not limited to QNA Debate, DIY legal kits, Digital Staff, Voice Control, and various AI sessions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Users should consult with a licensed attorney for legal matters.

4.3 Information Services

World News and Article sessions provide aggregated and AI-analyzed content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such content.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for consultation services are processed through PayPal (for USD/international transactions) and Toss Payments (for Korean Won transactions). By making a payment, you agree to the respective payment processor's terms.

• All fees are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) and/or US Dollars (USD) at the time of booking
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances apply
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method

6. User Obligations

Users shall not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or other users' access
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, software, content, trademarks, and logos, belong to JCG and/or HSOLLC. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

AI-generated content produced through the Platform is provided for the User's personal or professional use. Redistribution of AI-generated content for commercial purposes without our consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as legal advice
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is established only when you engage a specific attorney through the Platform's consultation booking system and both parties agree to the terms of the engagement. General use of the Platform, including AI-powered features, does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Attorney-client communications through the Platform are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege under applicable Korean law.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Before filing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable resolution.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform at least 30 days prior to taking effect. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance.
