NeurIPS 2025 Mexico City – Call for Tutorials We invite proposals for in-person tutorials to be held in Mexico City , as part of the first NeurIPS secondary physical site. These tutorials should cover both core machine learning topics and emerging areas of interest, and aim to benefit attendees through comprehensive and accessible instruction. Key Dates (Anywhere on Earth – UTC-6 / Mexico City AoE) Milestone Date Call for Tutorial Proposals Opens September 1, 2025 Submission Deadline October 10, 2025 Tutorial Acceptance Notifications October 13, 202529 Submission Guidelines Format & Duration: Each accepted tutorial should be 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes) long. Tutorials will be held entirely in-person at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma. A 20–30 minute panel or discussion is optional and, if included, should be scheduled at the end of the session, within the total duration.
