CVPR 2026 Registration Registration is now available HERE . Each paper (Main Conference AND Workshop) MUST be registered under an AUTHOR registration.  (There is a student rate under AUTHOR) One registration may cover up to three papers inclusive of main conference or workshop papers. Additional papers will have to be registered under a separate registration. Virtual registrations will not cover a paper submission - even workshop papers. If circumstances prevent you from attending in person to present your paper, you may attend virtually but you must register and pay for your paper under an author registration and please select that you will attend virtually. All pricing is in USD. Refund Policy All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn . All cancellations will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee before May 13, 2026, 11:59pm MT. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 13, 2026. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty and you can do this by logging into your registration yourself. Payment/Invoice Information The only acceptable payment is via credit card through the registration site. We will not accept wire payment, check or PO. A receipt will be issued upon completion. Please use the address needed for your receipt during registration. You can change this yourself if you need to. There will be a fee for any changes to payments. If you need a refund due to using the wrong card, a $25 fee will be associated with the change. Visa Letter Request For a visa letter request: After you have registered, you should receive an email within 5 minutes with instructions on how to get an invitation letter. If you don't receive the email, read on: Within 5 minutes, a matching profile at CVF Conference Website will be created if one doesn't already exist. If the account was created, it will have no password. Use the password reset page to set (or reset) your password. If you are logged in at CVPR Website , you will see your name in the black navigation bar. If you are not logged in, click "Login" in the navigation bar.
